He was predeceased by: his parents, Janet Margraves and Herbert Margraves; and his wife Barbara Switzer. He is survived by: his children, Kalvin Switzer (Jessi), Stephen Switzer (Aimee), Kristen Doherty (Barry) and Joshua Ryle (Lindsay); and his grandchildren, Chance, Addison, Brody, Connor, Shelby, Bryce, Anderson and Brayden.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Gulfside Regional Hospice.
