He was predeceased by: his parents, Minor Otto and Glada Lee Sprlock Williams; and his sisters, Bobbie Langford and Janice Williams. He is survived by: his children, Tim Williams, Wendi Scharrer, Marcy Ford and Jenny Mullins; his stepchildren, Tina Stockdale and Mark Howcroft; and his siblings, Marlyn, Dennis Williams, Sharon Duty and Doris Greer. He is also survived by his many grandchildren and many great grandchildren.
