He is survived by : his daughter Tamera Elaine; his wife Patricia Lowe; his son-in-law Craig Price; his siblings, Paul Lowe and Wanda Lowe; and his stepchildren, Kenneth Newhouse, Jarrell Newhouse and Dorette Reed. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren, 6 step-grandchildren and 6 great- step-grandchildren.
