Judith Lee Nickerson Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Lee Nickerson of Zolfo Springs, Florida, who passed away on December 6, 2025, at the age of 82, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Calder and Alberta Calder; her husband Roger Nickerson; the father of her children Donald Boyd; her son Donnie Boyd; her sister Sandy Carlton Tally; and her sons-in-law, John Merritt and Kevin Sullivan.
She is survived by: her brother Skipper Calder (Kathy) of Valrico, FL; her daughters, Jody Sullivan of Lisco, NE, Marty Merritt of Lake Placid, FL, Katherine Boyd of Sebring, FL, Leanne Moore (Kevin) of Blairsville, GA, Connie Montgomery (Rod) of Wauchula, FL and Kelly Nickerson (Meylin) of Fort Meade, FL.; her grandchildren, Lee Killmon (Ashley), Dan Sullivan (Melissa), Matt Sullivan (Vanessa), Kandice Browning (Christopher), Calder Boyd, Jordan Dieter (Brandon), Ryan Moore, Lauren Moore, Wyatt Montgomery (Claire), Tristan Montgomery, Colby Nickerson, Mason Nickerson (Vanessa) and Lynsi Nickerson; and her aunt Judy. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the First Baptist Church of Wauchula (1570 W Main St, Wauchula, FL 33873). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Saturday, December 13th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Wauchula City Cemetery (1140 Hwy 17, Wauchula, FL 33873).
