He is survived by: his children, Wayne Flavell (Jennifer), Steven Flavell, Jonathan Holloway and Mary Flavell; and his siblings, Herbert Flavell, Robert Flavell, Patricia Locke, Sybil Williams and Janet Flavell. He is also survived by 7 Grandchildren and 6 Great-Grandchildren.
