He was predeceased by : his father Arthur Baker; and his siblings, Mary Rann Baker and Donnie Gene Baker. He is survived by : his wife Ruby Baker; his children, Daniel R. Baker and Danita R. Baker; and his siblings, Aldo Baker (Linda), Arthur Lee Baker, Elvin Baker, Michael Baker, Merilyn NeSmith (Johnny), Myra McCranie, Nettie Mae Baker, Cynthia Adkins and Nellie Faye Baker.
