She is survived by: her children, Melissa Gaskins, Franklin Layfield and B. J. Layfield (Faye); her sister Claudette Braden; and her grandchildren, Amber Howard (Henry), Trey Brown (Sam), Ryan Brown, Beth Brown, Tori McWhorter (Chance), Arthur Robinson (Kelci), Hayla Layfield, Gage Layfield, Rachel Hillman and Will Dunlap.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home (1016 4th Ave, Rochelle, GA 31079). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, September 25th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
