The memory of Beverly Benette Harvard of Acworth, Georgia, who passed away on April 25, 2024 at the age of 74, will forever remain in the hearts of those touched by this precious presence in their lives. She was predeceased by : her parents, Ben Hamby and Lunnette Hamby. She is survived by : her grandchildren, Haley, Benjamin, Magnus and Abigail; her husband Jerre Eugene Harvard Jr. of Clarkesville, GA; her children, Jay Harvard (Gudrun) of Roanoke, VA and Valerie Harvard Wells (Charles) of Ft. McCoy, WI; her sister Barbara Hamby Pletsch (Richard) of Huntsville, AL; and her siblings-in-law, Linda Howard (Hoke) of Athens, GA and John Harvard (Carol) of Americus, GA.

Visitation was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Clarkesville First Methodist Church (1087 Washington St, Clarkesville, GA 30523). A celebration of life was held on Saturday, May 4th 2024 at 4:00 PM at the same location.

In-lieu of flowers, the family would be honored if you made a donation to Habersham Food 2 Kids or if you would take your loved ones out for a fried shrimp dinner.
