She is survived by: her husband Joe Scarbrough; her parents, Mike Parker and Lennette Parker of Kennesaw, Georgia; her siblings, Kelsey Strickland (Ashton), Mallory Simpson (Braxton) and Rhenn Parker; her grandparents, Walter and Janis Parker of Acworth, Georgia.; and her nieces and nephews, Grayson, Tucker and Maddox Strickland. She is also survived by her husband and daughter, in the lives of her family.
Visitation was held on Sunday, October 11th 2026 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, October 12th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Wildwood Baptist Church-Acworth Ga (4801 Wade Green Rd, Acworth, GA 30102). A funeral service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A committal service was held on Monday, October 12th 2026 at 2:00 PM at the Pineridge Memorial Park (2950 Cobb Pkwy N, Kennesaw, GA 30152).
Yet her greatest contribution to softball could not be measured in wins, losses, statistics, or trophies.
