He is survived by: his wife Anne Archer-Johnson; his sons, Cody J. Johnson of Rockmart, GA. and Kyle F. Johnson of Loveland, Colorado; his grandson Luke J. Johnson; his siblings, Christopher Johnson of Ormond Beach and Carolyn Johnson of Palm Coast; and his nieces, Nicole and Danica.
