He is survived by: his wife Kathy; his children, Charles Hawks (Travis), Chris Collins, Jennifer Collins and Jessica Collins; his grandchildren, Tristan Collins, Faith Collins, Christopher Maher, Jonathan Ringwell Jr., Susannah Ringwell and Julianna Collins; his siblings, Charles Collins, Robert Bryant and Betty Green (James); and his stepsiblings, Ron Bryant, Arlene Thomas and Gracie Cox. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
