He is survived by: his daughters, Crystal Johnson (Tommy) and Wanda Thompson (David); his grandchildren, Nathan Tidwell (Robin), Heather Doppelheuer (Dan), Chastain Lewis (Scott) and Jordon Johnson (Sydney); his great grandchildren, Cole Basham-Doppelheuer, Chase Doppelheuer, Savannah Lewis and Everett Johnson; and his sister-in-law Marilyn Cain.
