He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert V. and Mary F. Skeeles; and his sisters, Eileen Hendrix and Mildred Huber. He is survived by: his wife Kathryn S. Skeeles (Kathy); his children, William H. Skeeles (Mary) and Shirley E. Rupert (Ed); his grandchildren, Michael E. Rupert (Bethany), Michelle N. McGinnis (David) and Katie Settles (Robert); and his sibling Lorainne Ramsey. He is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
