She is survived by: her husband Johnny Osborne; her daughter Tipperi Wooster (Craig); her granddaughter Macie Trapani (Anthony); her great grandchild Ford Trapani; her son Jonathan Osborne (Erin); her grandchildren, Rozz Osborne and Fletcher Osborne; and her brother Windell Hinkle (Terry) of Heidrick, Kentucky. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
