He was predeceased by: his parents, Mack Buttrey and Hazel Buttrey. He is survived by: his wife Jo-Ann; and his children, Jerry Buttrey (Tami), Michael Buttrey (Jessie), Debbie Berger (Paul) and Kevin Buttrey (Wendy). He is also survived by his 7 grandchildren and three great-grandchildren.
