He was predeceased by : his parents, Harold Banks, and Annie Ward Banks, Sr. (Doria Brown Banks). He is survived by : his sons, Wayne Banks (Sherri) and Travis Banks (Kasey); and his siblings, Patti Banks, Evalyn McDougald and Harold Banks, Jr. (Rachel). He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 2 great grandchildren.
