He was predeceased by: his parents, Darline Miller and Roland Miller. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Thomson Miller (Jeannie); his sister Debi Foss (Phil) of Lake Forrest; and his siblings-in-law, James Richard Thomson, Eric Thomson (Catherine), John Thomson (Beth) and Deborah Thomson. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and great nieces and nephews.
