Though his name may fade from the lips of time, the imprint Van leaves upon the hearts of his loved ones remains eternally vivid — a testament to the depth of his spirit and the richness of his legacy.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phan Van Vang and Nguyen Thi Truoc. He is survived by: his wife Thuy Pham; his sons, John Phan and Joe Phan of Kennesaw, GA; and his granddaughter Jasmine Phan of Lawrenceville, GA.
