He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Darris and Laura Bell Scott McEntyre; his siblings, Roy Max "Bo" McEntyre and Juanita "Pont" Ray; and his son Gary Clyde McEntyre.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Long (Coy) and Chris McEntyre (Trish); his grandchildren, DeShea Young (Mickey) and Whitney Levins (Mike); his great grandchildren, Parker Young (Meri Kathryn), Meghan Young, Henry and Truett Levins; and his close friends, Ashley Walton and Brian "Handyman" Manos.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, July 1st 2025 at the Heritage Baptist Church (345 Curtis Pkwy SE, Calhoun, GA 30701).
