He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Darris and Laura Bell Scott McEntyre; his siblings, Roy Max "Bo" McEntyre and Juanita "Pont" Ray; and his son Gary Clyde McEntyre.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Long (Coy) and Chris McEntyre (Trish); his grandchildren, DeShea Young (Mickey) and Whitney Levins (Mike); his great grandchildren, Parker Young (Meri Kathryn), Meghan Young, Henry and Truett Levins; his siblings, Hazel Moss and Kenneth McEntyre (Brenda); and his close friends, Ashley Walton and Brian "Handyman" Manos. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
