He is survived by: his wife Dee Crawford Smith; his sons, Kaleb Smith and Kamden Smith; his parents, Michael Smith and Judy Smith; his sister Nikki Atkins (Griff); his parents-in-law, Donald and Darlene Crawford; his sister-in-law Erin Davenport (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Bailey Atkins, Grant Davenport, Emma Klaire Atkins, Anna Kate Atkins and Shelby Rae Davenport.
