He is survived by: his children, Tiffany Smith (Larry), Candy Richards and Jason Womack (Tiffany); his brothers, Donald Womack (Pat) and Kenneth Womack (Pat); and his nephew Randy Womack. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
