With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Charlie Sandlin (Adel, Georgia), born in Homerville, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 26, 2025 at the age of 67. He was predeceased by: his parents, Daniel Draper Sandlin and Marie Garrett Sandlin; and his brother John Henry Sandlin. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sandlin of Nashville; his children, Daniel Sandlin (Kim) of Adel, Wilma Tuttle (Richard) of Cecil, Rebecca Sandlin (Tony) of Nashville and Selena Moody (Justin) of Adel; his grandchildren, Tyson, Trayden, Ava, Haylee, Tripp, Javier, Tomi, Rhai, Brooklyn and Joely; his great grandchild Harley; and his brother James Sandlin of Homerville. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
