He is survived by : his wife Jacqueline Moore of Adel; his children, Chase Moore (Marcela Moore) of Adel, Andy and Kelly Womack of Cumming, Georgia; his grandsons, Ty of Cumming and Mason Womack of Cumming; and his siblings, Martha Tucker of Adel, Carolyn Stone of Doerun, Sandy McDaniel of Adel and Mike Moore of Doerun.
