He was predeceased by : his father Earl Wayne Simmons; his grandparents, William Larry Davenport and Dorothy Robertson; and his cousin Charles Ferguson. He is survived by : his mother Rhonda Price of Adel; his brother Billy Wayne Boyett of Adel; his aunts, Candy Ferguson of Fl, Andrea Davenport of Nashville, Dessiray Davies of Nashville, Mandy Vickers (Russell) of Nashville and Shelia Schwab (Charles) of Nashville; his uncle Corey Davenport of Adel; and his cousins, Gage Davenport of Adel, Larry Ferguson of Fl, Rikku Ferguson, Tegan Davenport of Adel, Amy Paige Spicer and Jessica Amanda Musselwhite.
