She was predeceased by: her parents, C. G. Folsom and Veda Hall Folsom; and her siblings, Arthur Folsom, Robert Folsom, Abbie Tyler, Diane Beck and Millie Green.
She is survived by: her husband Lewis Strickland; and her siblings, George Folsom of Adel, Blondine Stalvey of Sparks and Geraldine Folsom of Sparks.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, October 12th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Purvis Funeral Home (207 E Mitchell St, Adel, GA 31620). A funeral service will be held on Monday, October 13th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the New Life Baptist Church (2904 GA-76, Adel, GA 31620).
