He was predeceased by: his parents, George McNeal Fiveash, Sr. and Gladys Barfield Fiveash; and his brother John Fiveash. He is survived by: his wife Myrna King Fiveash of Adel; his sons, Jeffry (Paula Fiveash) and Greg (Michelle Fiveash); his grandchildren, Austin Fiveash (Taylor) of Valdosta, Victoria Norman (Trip) of Lincolnton, Georgia, Kaedyn Fiveash of Adel and Hailey Whitmore; his great grandchildren, Parker Fiveash of Valdosta and Carter Fiveash of Valdosta; his siblings, Laurie Hughes of Valdosta, Janie Hemby of Adel and Jim; and his sister-in-law Linda Fiveash of Hahira. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
