He is survived by: his wife Lisa Moore of Adel; his sons, Tyler Moore of Adel and Blake (Adrianna Moore); his grandchildren, Cayson Moore of Adel, Reid Moore of Adel, Branch Moore of Barney, Silus Morris of Barney and Emmylou Moore; his brother Scotty; his sister-in-law Heather Moore of Adel; and his nieces, Meaghan Spencer of Adel and Chelsea Moore of Adel.
