He is survived by: his fiancée Paula Holcomb; his fiancée's son Matthew; his children, Jessica Ferrell, Brandie Fennell and Justin P. Mooney; and his siblings, Curtis Fennell, Linda Fennel, Nancy Parr and Elizabeth "Bug" Fennell. He is also survived by three grandchildren two great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
