He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Hugh and Blanche Avery Braswell; his wife Peggy Watson Braswell; his brothers, Don Braswell, Ned Braswell and Hugh Braswell; and his grandson Jeremy Braswell.
He is survived by: his children, Clint Braswell (Nickole) of Adrian, Tammy Chalker of Swainsboro, Dave Henry (Debra) of Twin City, Chris Braswell of Milledgeville and Barry Braswell of Adrian; his grandchildren, Jared Chalker of Swainsboro, Hannah Henry of Twin City and Maggie Rae Braswell of Adrian; his great grandchild Braiden Chalker; his sister Carol Berry (Jim) of Evans; his close friend Carolyn Rosenfield; and his brother-in-law Joe Watson (Linda) of Twin City. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
