He was predeceased by: his parents, David Crawford McNeely and Lula Mae Price McNeely; and his brother-in-law George Lumpkin. He is survived by: his wife Ann Y. McNeely of Adrian; his daughters, Missy McGowan (Danny) of Metter and Joy Hayslip (Michael) of Adrian; his sister Lane Lumpkin of Bonaire; his grandchildren, Courtney Patterson (Ben), Noah McGowan (Haley), Danielle McGowan, Trai Hayslip and Maggie Hayslip; and his great grandchildren, Dex McGowan and Dane McGowan. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and many friends.
