It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Ann Evans of Alamo, Georgia, who passed away on April 13, 2026, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her father Tom; and her brothers, Frank Cherry and Thomas Cherry. She is survived by: her spouse Carris Evans; her children, Tammy Evans Murdaugh and Ricky Evans (Renae); her grandchildren, Drew Murdaugh (Katy), Kayla Murdaugh (Matt Yawn), Rancelyn Evans and Roxy Evans; and her great grandchildren, Lily Bales, Ivy Bales and Daisy Murdaugh.
