He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Adams and Marie Adams; his wife Lori Adams; his children, Elizabeth Woodfin (Kent), Victoria Adams-Hughes (Alexis), Jay Adams (Macie) and Annmarie Adams; and his sisters, Candy Cason (Dan), Jennifer Edge and Kim Fauscett (Anthony). He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
