She is survived by: her mother Erma Futch Fowler; her children, Brooke Hampton (John), Shonda Boyer (Curtis), Shane Harrelson (Sandra) and Corey Harrelson (Amy Varnum); her grandchildren, Kelsie Hampton, Chevy Boyer, Mack Harrelson, Brock Harrelson, Bradley Harrelson and Blake Harrelson; and her siblings, Donna Fowler, Ricky Fowler (Joan), Ronnie Fowler (Lynan) and Randy Fowler. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many special friends.
