He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Bailey Hartley; his sons, Tim Hartley, Charles Hartley (Wendy Angel) and Benji Hartley (Amy); his grandchildren, Savannah Gammon (Wayne), Addison Hartley, Ansley Williamson (Jamie), Cooper Hartley, Shelbi Hartley, Alli Hartley and D. J. Williams; and his great grandchildren, Sawyer Williamson, Henry Gammon, Skye Williams and Naomi Williams.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donation be made to Legacy Outdoors Ministry at 132 Browndale Plantation Road, Hawkinsville, Georgia 31036 or Alamo First Baptist Church.
