Though Cynthia may no longer walk beside us, her spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Cynthia leaves behind.
She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Smith and Jeanette N. Smith. She is survived by: her husband Paul Mills; and her children, Renee Mills Hogan (Jonathan), Anna Mills Valentine (Robert) and James Charlie Mills, II. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
