He was predeceased by: his parents, James Franklin "Jim" Hogan and Minnie Lott Hogan. He is survived by: his children, Leasa Hogan of Alapaha and John Hogan (Jodi) of Nashville; his siblings, Nell Thompson of Nashville, Mary Ann Wright (Zane) of Alapaha and Don Hogan (Libby) of St. Simons Island; his grandchildren, Eliesa Hogan, Eric Powell and Fischer Hogan; and his great grandchild Wyatt Hogan.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lovein Funeral Home (1218 Adel Hwy, Nashville, GA 31639). A memorial service was held on Tuesday, September 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Springhill Primitive Baptist Church (114 Springhill Church Rd, Ocilla, GA 31774).
