He is survived by: his wife Lavonya Cribb Stone; his son Mike Stone (Pam); his grandchildren, Megan Hulsey (Jody), Laura Miller (Josh), Landon Stone, Halie Richardson (Troy) and Willis Lott (Sarah); his great grandchildren, Gavin Hulsey, Guinevere Miller, Lincoln O'Brien, Waylon Lott, Selah Lott, Colt Lott and Porter Miller; his brother Lamar Stone (Kitty); and his sister-in-law Marilee Stone.

Visitation was held on Saturday, August 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM and from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt Paron Primitive Baptist Church.
