Christine leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Christine’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. Though she is no longer with us, the moments shared, the laughter, and the support she offered will continue to resonate. All who knew Christine will carry forward her memory in their hearts.
She was predeceased by: her parents, David Leonard Rutherford and Minnie Bell Brown; and her siblings, David Rutherford, JP Rutherford, Billy Rutherford and Saline Powell of Miami Fl.
She is survived by: her husband Bobby Jenkins of Albany; her children, Joey Fargar of Atlanta and Tina Luttrell of Knoxville, Tenn; her stepdaughter Derinda Daniel of Sylvester; her sister Marie McIntosh of Burnsville, NC; and her grandchildren, Nicholas Fargar and Brandy Luttrell.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 31st 2026 at 11:00 AM at the New Hope Full Gospel Church (256 Youngblood Rd, Sylvester, GA 31791).
