We are sad to announce that, on January 23, 2021, at the age of 102, Crittie Shead (Albany, Georgia) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Isiah Shead and Ophelia Shead Richardson; her children, Dora B. Hayes, Obidina Jenkins, Charles Shead and William Shead; and her brothers, Isiah Shead and Rakee Shead.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Ophelia Moore (Terry), Obidina Johnson, Marquetta Harvey (Kelvin), Melinda Quarles (Micah), Shelia Robinson (Derrick), Annette Brazier, Jerome Hayes (Savrina), Ericka Shead, Otis Thornton, Tommie Myers, Antwon Shead (Kadisha), Deandre Shead, Chiquita Loud, Calvin Shead and Jason Shead. She is also survived by 41 great grandchildren and 14 great-great grandchildren; and a host of nieces, nephews, other relatives, and friends.
