She was predeceased by: her parent Noel Buttner (Steidle); her husband David E. Clark; her children, David E. Clark II and Claire M. Kaster; and the parent of her child Noel Buttner (Steidle).
She is survived by: her father George Buttner (Georgia); her children, William Scott Clark (Renee) of Alabama, Patrick Clark of Washington State, Noel Clark (Tony) of Georgia and Jennifer Clark of Georgia; and her siblings, William Buttner (Tonya) of Maryland and Colleen Butler of Georgia. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 2 great-grandchildren; numerous nephews, nieces, friends, and a host of honorary children.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Debbie's name to the animal rescue organization of your choice.
