He was predeceased by: his brother Hakim Lewis. He is survived by: his parents, Patricia Lewis and Leon Anthony; his daughter Sapphire Washington; his grandparents, Pauline Green and Charles Lewis (Joann); his siblings, Lashonda Lewis, Kiundra Lewis, Leon Anthony, Jr. and Latasha Anthony; his great-aunt Nancy Green; and his godmother Johnnie Mae Gatson. He is also survived by other aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, extended family and friends.
