He was predeceased by: his parents, O. V. Taylor and Geraldine Taylor; and his brother Robert Keith Taylor. He is survived by: his wife Sharon Bullington Taylor; his daughters, Dianne Frisbee (Joshua Frisbee) and Robin Owens (Jonathan Owens); his grandchildren, Rylan Owens and Lincoln Owens; and his brother Alan Taylor.
A celebration of life was held on Thursday, September 17th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Joseph W. Jones Funeral Home (375 U. S. Hwy 19, Leesburg, GA 31763).
