He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Thomas Fulford Sr. and Donna Lee Newton Fulford; and his fiancée Bernice Drew. He is survived by: his son Trey Fulford (Kimberly) of Leesburg; his stepson Ricky Drew of Leesburg; his grandchildren, Abby Fulford and Becca Fulford of Leesburg; and his sister Gail Rutland. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
