It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Franklin Delano Harrell of Albany, Georgia, born in Mitchell, Georgia, who passed away on April 16, 2023, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Henry Harrell, Sr. and Zula Beck Harrell Cain. He is survived by: his wife Evelyn Goodman Harrell of Albany; and his daughters, Sherree Hanner (Jimmy) of Sylvester, Joann Rulapaugh of Mitchell County, Susan Carroll (Tommy) of Mitchell County, Toni Causey (Greg) of Sylvester and Brenda Musgrove of Lee County. He is also survived by 13 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren.
