She was predeceased by: her parents, John L. Dorminy and Gertrude Willis Dorminy; her husband James Teal; her daughter Patricia Ann Butler; and her siblings, Mandell Dorminy, Gene Dorminy, Joyce Bowen and Dean Bell.
She is survived by: her children, Judy Mills and Jimmy Troutman; her grandchildren, John Mills (Erin), C. J. Butler and Amber Butler; her great grandchildren, Evan and Kennedy Mills; and her sisters, Betty Hall and Hattie Tennison. She is also survived by nieces nephews.
