He was predeceased by: his parents, James Williams and Carrie Bell Cheeks Scott; and his brother Jimmie Williams. He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Gay and Debra Flood; his grandchildren, Nikia L. Carter (Christopher), Lamonte B. Flood, Octavis O. Wallace and Derrick L. Wallace; his uncle Jessie Cheeks of Philadelphia, Pennsylvania; his nieces and nephews, Timothy Campbell (Lajuana), Ronald Campbell (Felicia), Victor Campbell, Jimmie Williams, Jr., Jamal Williams (Aprile), Florenda Campbell, Lanise C. Wright (Kenneth), Teresa C. Green (Sheldon), Laverne Campbell, Jackie C. Parks (Anthony), Ladelya Jackson (Willie) and Mitzi Williams Crocker (Kenya); Victoria Williams and Ben Dyson. He is also survived by great-grandchildren, great nephews and nieces, cousins, extended family and friends.
