He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Wynelle Greene Bass, Thurmond Lee Farrar, Aaron V. Bass, Lanelle Kimbro Parr, Lemuel Wright Parr and Emory Frank Kimbro.

He is survived by: his father Alan Kimbro; his significant other Kathy; his daughter Kathleen Cooper; his brother Wright (Stephanie); his nieces and nephews, Wright Jr., Kennedy, Worth, Gatlin, Fendley, James and Jessica Whitley; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Britten and Bronson; Wayne Naylor. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles, and cousins.
