With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of James Robert Pickelsimer of Albany, Georgia, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 13, 2025 at the age of 80. He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Pickelsimer; his parents, Windom Pickelsimer and Dorothy Hollobaugh; and his siblings, Doris Davis and Donald Pickelsimer "Donnie".
He is survived by: his children, Robin Smith (Joel), Shane Pickelsimer and Todd Pickelsimer; his grandchildren, Kristina, James, Anslee, Kaden, Trinity and Justus; and his siblings, Gladys "Annie" Ciampaglia (Joseph), Glenn Pickelsimer (Clemmie), Wynn Pickelsimer (Marla), Ronald "Ronnie" Pickelsimer (Linda), Steven Porter and Steve Pickelsimer. He is also survived by two great-grandchildren.
