She is survived by: her father Thomas Bradshaw (Patricia); her children, Sabrina, Katelyn Ann, Lavetta Dawn and Destiny Grace; her siblings, Thomas Brent Bradshaw of Worth County and Angela Ellis Carswell of Worth County; Mike and Angel Wilbanks (family: Malinda). She is also survived by family.
