He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Ed Jones and Rachel Weaver Jones; his grandson Joshua Pollock; and his brother Billy Jack Jones. He is survived by: his wife Joann Phillips Jones of Albany; his children, Debbie Pollock, David of Albany, Robin Thorne, Dora of Vero Beach, FL, Russell Jones and Margie of Texas; his grandchildren, Kristi Pollock, Andy Thorne, Andrew Jones, Kaden Jones and Brianna Jones; his great grandchildren, Savanna Pollock, Anabella Pollock, Hagan Green and Jemma Pollock; his brothers, Tommy Jones and Gary Jones; his sister-in-law Joann P. Jones; and his close friend Delois Y. Hampton. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
